$135,000 - $155,000 / Year

The Gift Card Program Senior Manager will lead the majority of our $150M+ annual gift card business and co-manage a direct report. Reporting to the Senior Director of Public Relations & Global Branding, this role drives gift card program growth, oversees day-to-day operations, and partners across departments to enhance the guest experience. From card production and fulfillment to vendor partnerships and performance analysis, you’ll manage all aspects of our gift card program and serve as a central link between internal teams and external partners.

Here’s more of what you’ll get to do:

  • Lead the gift card strategy by identifying opportunities for growth across physical, digital, and third-party channels, aligning with broader business goals.
  • Manage daily program operations, including gift card production, fulfillment, reporting, and troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Collaborate across departments—partner with Marketing to support campaigns, work with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance, and coordinate with Guest Services to resolve inquiries and issues.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, including third-party platforms and card manufacturers; negotiate contracts and ensure performance against SLAs and KPIs.
  • Track and report on program performance, using analytics to drive insights, improve processes, and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

What we require:

  • Familiarity with gift card platforms and technologies is a must
  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on gift cards, retail, or loyalty programs
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate across departments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Degree in a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

 

What we prefer:

  • Experience working with vendor partners such as Fiserv, BlackHawk Network (including CashStar), and InComm
  • Background in e-commerce, retail, or digital payments
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations related to gift cards and financial transactions
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management experience
