Returning to your restaurant within one month?

If you're returning to the same restaurant location, don’t worry about filling out an application or having to retake any training. In most cases, your manager can fully reinstate you and get you back on the shift within a day or two!

Returning to your restaurant within 12 months?

If you’ve been away for less than 12 months, don’t bother filling out an online application. Simply call your manager or stop by. They may just need you to update some paperwork or complete some refresher training before getting you back on the schedule.

Returning to your restaurant after 12 months?

In this case, you’ll need to complete our online application, but make sure you select “Yes” to the question: “Have you previously worked for The Cheesecake Factory, Grand Lux Cafe, Rock Sugar, Social Monk, North Italia or Fox Restaurant Concepts?” Then call your GM to let them know when you’ll be available to return.  

Coming from a different location, concept or position?

We recommend reapplying and select “Yes” to the question: “Have you previously worked for The Cheesecake Factory, Grand Lux Cafe, Rock Sugar, Social Monk, North Italia or Fox Restaurant Concepts?”
