For Front of House and Kitchen Restaurant Roles:

Fun fact: Almost 30% of our new staff comes from the 10% of our applicants who were referred!

Step 1: Apply as a Referral

On all of our applications, there is a question asking if you were referred. Please select “Yes” and provide the name of the staff member who referred you. This helps our managers know who to speak with about your application.

Step 2: After You Apply

Once you’ve completed your online application, please tell your friend so they can notify their GM. If there’s an opening, a manager will reach out to you shortly.

Insider Tip: We post our positions year-round. You may notice a job posted, but the restaurant may not be actively hiring at that moment. Encourage the person referring you to speak with their manager about anticipated openings.

For Front of House and Kitchen Management Positions:

If a current staff member or manager has referred you for a management role, they will need to contact their market recruiter who will then reach out to you to discuss your career aspirations.

Insider Tip: If you are open to relocating, let your recruiter know so they can consider you for our other locations and restaurant concepts.

For Corporate Support Center Positions:
